Subscription FAQ's

When can I expect my subscription?

Your SAC T-Shirt Club Subscription payment will occur on the 27th of each month.  Your subscription will be packed within 5 business days of that payment M-F. If you subscribe after the 27th, you will receive the next months monthly t-shirt. 

Can my subscription be shipped?

DEFINITELY! We can ship your subscription to you at an additional cost. Shipping rates are based on weight, size and your location. Just choose that option at checkout. Shipping is M-F. 

We do offer Local Pickup in the Milton, ON area M-F. Please call (289) 768-9341.

What is my commitment?

There is no commitment.  If you need to CANCEL your subscription, please log into your account on the website and cancel.  Please note – all cancellation requests must be received before the 26th day before your next billing date (the 27th of that month) or you will be charged for the following month’s subscription. What do I get in my subscriptions?

With the SAC T-Shirt Club subscription you will get a comfy graphic T-Shirt to dress up or dress casual at 55% off the retail price.

What are the shirt sizes?

All of the shirts are Unisex sized for the perfect fit! All shirts are available in Adult Sizes S-3XL.

Is my subscription refundable?

Unfortunately, all of the subscriptions are a FINAL SALE and are non-refundable as they have been printed just for the  subscription club. Please see our refund policy or email us at: andrea@skyangelcafe.com.
