PROCESSING and SHIPPING TIME - PLEASE READ

PROCESSING TIME

Our standard processing time is 2-5 business days M-F 10am-3pm. Typically our items ship within 1-3 business days of when your order is placed.

A shipping label is created with the address provided by you (the buyer). Please make sure you have the correct address before completing your order.

Choose SHIPPING or LOCALPICKUP at checkout.

We are not responsible for any items that are shipped to an incorrect address or items that may get lost in the mail, or damaged.

SHIPPING TIME 

Shipping times via regular mail *typically* take 2-7 business days within Canada (we do not guarantee these timelines). COVID -19 may impose some delays in shipping that are beyond our control. Please expect an increase in shipping times during the holidays. 

FOR CANADIAN ORDERS with a TRACKING NUMBER estimated:
Regular Mail: 2-12 business days to be delivered
Xpresspost: 1-3 business days to be delivered
Priority: 1-2 business days to be delivered

FOR USA ORDERS estimated:
Regular Mail - 3-10 business days to be delivered - It comes with a TRACKING NUMBER

The buyer is responsible for all taxes and duties.
