Returns, Refunds & Exchanges 

Thank you for visiting Andrea Vitale - Sky Angel Cafe, please read our policies before making a purchase.

All of our orders apparel are MADE TO ORDER and tailored to each person and item. Therefore, due to the type, nature, personalization and customization of our products and our business,  (ALL APPAREL, BLANK APPAREL and DIRECT TO FILM (DTF) TRANSFERS) are ALL FINAL SALES. We do not accept returns or give exchanges. ALL SALES are FINAL.

Cancellations and Restock Fees

Please note that for cancelled orders, there will be a restocking fee of 7% applied.

Damages & Error Issues

When opening the package please be careful, if using scissors, knives, or sharp objects so as not to cut the products(s) or item(s) inside. 

Upon receiving your order, please examine your product(s) or item(s) and contact us immediately via email or the website chatbox, if your product(s) or item(s) are damaged, defective or incorrect within 48 hours. You can email us at andrea@skyangelcafe.com 

If you have received a product that has been incorrectly printed please email at andrea@skyangelcafe.com or message us on the website chatbox, as soon as possible with pictures and a description of the error, so we can quickly resolve the situation. 

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CARDS.
